Revolution in the Food Industry with a pioneering technology to freeze fresh fruit.

The Catalan fruit distribution and production group Cutting's and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia have patented the Nice Cold System. This is the first technology worldwide capable of freezing fruit and vegetables at their optimum maturity point and in this way, maintain unchanged their characteristics and nutritional properties for a period of up to 3 years. This innovation has never before been achieved.

The new technology, which was presented last Monday to the world by Mercabarna, eliminates any seasonal restrictions on food and opens up unlimited opportunities in the field of agriculture, the food industry, consumption and worldwide exports.

This innovation has been developed over a period of 8 years, and it is expected that China will be the first to use it, as it has signed an agreement with Nice Fruits to install the system with the first machinery in the agricultural region of the country.

The Catalan company is also negotiating with interested parties in the United States, Latin America, Russia and Egypt.
